Breathing AI started as an MVP with adoption challenges. Users struggled with onboarding friction and an overwhelming experience for a product meant to promote calm and focus. Through research, testing, and iterative design, I redesigned the product into a scalable, AI-native Chrome extension that improved engagement and long-term retention.
